How To Use
These seeds are perfect for making a plant-based egg substitute in baking, for a morning oatmeal alternative (hello chia pudding/overnight oats), a perfect thickening alternative to add to
smoothies, sprinkling atop yogurts, or soups, the uses are endless.
These can be used as is, whole, or you can grind them in a high-speed blender, or spice grinder to get chia meal/flour.

Are your products safe for those with nut allergies?
Our products are made in our own dedicated facility on our own equipment. We have no tree nuts or peanuts allowed within our facility, or manufacturing line. We do currently receive our ingredients from suppliers that store ingredients within a warehouse that can have both nuts and non-nut ingredients together but, everyone along the supply chain works to keep them separate with the utmost care and allergen control procedures, for which we have statements for.
Of course determining what you put in your body is ultimately up to you though.
Please Note: we do use sesame and coconut on all equipment.
What are your shipping times?
We typically ship orders out within 2 business days of receiving an order.
Within the GTA, transit time is usually 1 day from date of shipment.
Within Ont/Quebec, transit time is usually 2-3 days
To the western provinces, or Atlantic provinces, it can be around 3-5 days for transit time.
We ship all across Canada (incl. the territories and PO boxes), as well as all across the USA.
For shipments to the USA, these can take from 5-10 business days transit time but, keep in mind we are crossing a border and customs can at times hold up orders, at US customs discretion. This is completely out of our control.
Note, keep track of duties and import taxes for international orders. These are not within our control, or our responsibility for US-bound orders.
What is your return policy?
We can not accept back food items and re-sell them for safety reasons.
If you are not satisfied for any reason with your order, notify us within 15 days of receipt of your order and we will work to make it right. Contact us at: [email protected] for any concerns regarding your order.
How are your bulk pantry items packaged?
e ship our bulk food items in double lined kraft paper. This is instead of plastic, or glass. Glass is much heavier and would take more carbon emissions for shipping but, it also would be more expensive, as well as higher risk of breakage during shipping.
What can I do with the paper bags, once they are empty?
We tried to have as minimal impact as possible with these items, since they are not being shipped through the food supply chain, we had more eco option.
Our kraft paper bags can be used through storage in the pantry, can be reused/re-purposed, or you can recycle them with paper, or they can compost, as long as you tear off the metal zip tie in both instances at the end of its lifecycle.
